Trial environment are great for trying out new functionality. There are different ways to set up a trial. Take a look under Microsoft Resources on this page and there is a link to MS Docs where you can read about the different ways to get a trial environment.
How to create a Dynamics 365 Trial environment: Navigate to https://trials.dynamics.com/, choose a Dynamics app, fill in your e-mail address and phone number, wait for your Trial environment to be created.
