Copilot in Sales refers to the built-in copilot functionality in Dynamics 365 Sales. Copilot for Sales refers to the stand-alone copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales.

Copilot in Service refers to the built-in copilot functionality in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Copilot for Service refers to the stand-alone copilot for Dynamics 365 Service.
