Choose between different Dynamics Sales products depending on your needs and there are different model-driven apps which comes with the product/licenses bought.

Dynamics 365 Sales is typically used by salespeople to build strong relationships with their customers, take actions based on insights, and close deals faster. You can keep track of accounts and contacts, nurture your sales from lead to order, and create sales collateral. Utilize the built-in functionality for working with Leads, Qualifying Leads and automatically create Account, Contact and Opportunity from a Lead. Work with the Opportunity and generate Quotes. Follow-up and register your activities and close the deals. Dynamics 365 Sales runs on Microsoft Dataverse and uses Power Apps model-driven app design. You can create your own model-driven apps, either from scratch with your own custom tables or based on tables which comes with Dynamics 365 Sales.
