Power Virtual Agents (PVA) is one of the four main services within the Power Platform, the other three being Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

With Power Virtual Agents chat bots can be built without using traditional code. Power Virtual Agents bots can be extended with Azure Bot Service.

History

At Microsoft Ignite on the 4th of November 2019, Microsoft announced that no-code Virtual Agents was to come to the Power Platform. Blog post on the Dynamics 365 blog
