Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a product family from Microsoft. It consists of software which supports Customer Relationship Management processes (former Microsoft Dynamics CRM) as well as other processes. The former CRM functionality can now be found in a number of model-driven apps, sometimes still referred to as "Customer Engagement (CE) apps".
Customer Engagement apps
According to this page in Microsoft Docs Microsoft is not calling the former CRM functionality CE apps anymore. Anyway, below here are the apps which were referred to as CE apps.
