When working with Model-driven apps you have the possibility to customize Commands and the Ribbon. Depending on the table and the client running the model-driven app either a command bar or ribbon will be rendered. Model-driven commanding means the commands/ribbon buttons used in model-driven apps and how we can customize these. Native such ribbon buttons or commands includes the alternatives for "New", "Save", "Delete", "Export to Excel" etc. which you can see when your in a model-driven app in views or on forms.
